If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Elite Luxe shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center. Orders will be shipped Monday – Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will generally be processed within two (2) business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you after placing your order. Once seven (7) days have passed after receiving your shipment, we will no longer allow returns for any product for any reason of any kind. It is the consignees sole responsibility to inspect and approve of all product received, notifying us of any concerns within seven (7) days. If we are contacted within seven (7) days, we are happy to assist you. There are no exceptions to these rules.
DISCOUNTS & GIFT CARDS
Due to limitations within the software of our website platform host, we unfortunately cannot allow the use of multiple discount codes within the same transaction. This includes but is not limited to: Gift cards, loyalty points redemption, special discount program redemption (senior, veteran, etc.) and sales codes.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
All orders are fulfilled on chronological basis. If an expedited method of shipping is selected, we will do our best to accommodate however there are no guarantees that choosing expedited methods improves the processing time of the order(s).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Due to the nature of our products, we only ship to certain countries. Please contact: info@rulemen.com for further details.
DAMAGES
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our customer service department within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
We will require:
Your order number, which is provided in the invoice that arrives with your order, details pertaining to item(s) you wish to return and a photo of the damaged item(s).

REFUNDS
Returns are generally processed within 2-3 business days and we will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. Refunds may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
During major holidays, please allow a maximum of seven (10) business days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
All refunds will be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method, less the shipping charges. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be issued. If an order was paid via cryptocurrency, all compensation is provided in form of store credit.
30 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FORM
The 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee Form is only applicable for first time customers and only applies to only one item.
All refunds are subject to first-time purchases of one product and only applicable within 30 days of receiving your order. All Money-Back Guarantee Forms are subject to strict review and refunds/credits are provided at the sole discretion of Elite Luxe. Elite Luxe reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits, at any time, for orders that exhibit indications of fraudulent behavior.
